What’s new in version 2.1.1?

  • Invoices — company templates

A company invoice template builder has been added. It allows you to preconfigure company details, payment purpose, payment terms, and invoice numbering, and then use these templates when generating invoices for lots.

Using templates ensures a unified invoice format across the entire company, simplifies the invoice creation process, and reduces errors through automatic data population. Generated invoices are available via a viewing link and can be exported as PDF.

How to use?

Go to Settings, then Account Details, open the template creation form, and fill in the company details, product, numbering, and payment terms. If needed, upload a logo and signature. After saving, the template will be available when creating an invoice.

  • Low balance notification

A low balance notification has been added for the account owner. When the balance reaches or falls below the specified threshold, the system sends an internal notification and an email.

How to use?

Go to Settings → Balance Notification, enable the option, and set the balance threshold. The notification is sent once while the balance remains below the threshold and is sent again after the balance is restored and drops below the threshold again.

  • Statistics - improved data display

The display of data on the statistics pages for viewed lots and placed bids has been updated. The information is now more visual and easier to analyze, based on client requests.
